Lucy Fraser.

Lucy is a social innovator. She researches social challenges, asks lots of questions and develops, tests and refines solutions. Lucy specialises in collaborative design with communities and is passionate about creating conditions for equity in systems, services and communities.

Her practice in this area includes: co-design, co-production, complex project management & contracting, stakeholder and partnership development and management, systems thinker, capability building and coaching. She has worked for seven years at The Australian Centre for Social Innovation (TACSI), and previously in lighting design and manufacture.

Lucy is a white Australian woman with European heritage who is on a journey toward cultural competency and allyship to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and First Nations people. She has been taught and trusted by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander colleagues, clients, partners and friends to support social innovation in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander contexts. 

Lucy was born in Sydney and has also lived in Singapore, Melbourne, Kiama and now lives on Kaurna Yerta (Adelaide). She loves hiking, swimming at the beach and finding the best noodle soups, including ramen.
