Dr. Seanna Davidson, is the Director of The Systems School. As a systems practitioner and process designer, Seanna works with individuals, teams and collaborations to make sense of, and navigate their way through complex systems, in order to move towards better outcomes for the people and places they care about.

Her work draws from systems thinking, developmental evaluation, deep democracy, reflective practice and action learning.
